GLOBAL KES CLAIMS & RETURNS GUIDELINES
CHECKING AND UNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:
We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be lost or damaged in transit. At the time your shipment is received please do the following:
• When receiving a large order, please be sure to have enough help and/or the proper equipment on hand for unloading merchandise upon delivery. LTL drivers provide a delivery service only and are not required to provide assistance unloading.
• Check entire shipment for visible damage and correct amount of pieces.
• Make notation of shortage or damage on all copies of the freight bill.
• Sign for the number pieces, not the number of pallets.
• Unpack carton immediately to check their contents for possible damage. If damage (hidden or concealed) is discovered, save the carton and call Global KES Returns Department at 1-800-458-1716 or email returns@globalkes.com.
• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 days.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Unused stock merchandise may be returned, in its’ original carton within 30 days from the date of the invoice. After 30 days a restock fee will be applied. To ensure proper handling and credit for returns follow the 4 steps below:
1. Call our Returns Department at 1-800-458-1716 or email returns@globalkes.com.
2. The returns representative will issue a Return Authorization Number.
3. Return merchandise to : 2655 NE Hagan Road, Lee’ Summit, MO 64064
4. Please prepay the freight; we do not accept COD returns.
Merchandise that is special ordered from the manufacturer is subject to a factory restocking charge.
Used or custom items are not returnable.
Manufacturer warranty applies to all merchandise.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO GLOBAL KES WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
